Teamble uses AI to help teams give better feedback and run stronger performance cycles. Because our AI touches decisions that affect people's careers, we hold it to a higher standard.
Our Responsible AI Principles
Four commitments that govern how we design, deploy, and monitor AI across the Teamble platform.
01. Humans decide. AI assists
No promotion, review, or performance outcome is ever determined by AI alone. Teamble's AI surfaces patterns and drafts summaries. Managers and employees make every final call.
02. Minimal data, maximum care
We collect only the data needed to deliver the service. Employee performance data is never used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or processed for any purpose outside your organization's workflows.
03. Transparent by design
When AI generates content in Teamble, it is clearly labeled. Employees always know when they are reading an AI-generated summary versus a human-authored one. No hidden automation.
04. Accountable ownership
A named responsible party at Teamble owns AI risk, bias monitoring, and incident response. We conduct annual reviews of AI system outputs and update this policy when our practices change.
"Performance decisions require human judgment. Full stop."
AI in Teamble operates in a sensitive use context: its outputs can influence someone's career trajectory. We designed every AI feature with this weight in mind. AI surfaces information. People interpret it. That line does not move.
Intended Uses and Boundaries
We designed every AI feature knowing it operates in a sensitive context. These are the lines we draw.
What we use AI for
Summarizing peer feedback into themes for reviewers
Suggesting language to improve feedback quality and specificity
Identifying engagement patterns across teams for managers
Drafting review templates and structured question sets
Highlighting potential bias in written feedback language
Generating OKR progress summaries from check-in notes
What we DO NOT do
Generate performance ratings or scores autonomously
Make or recommend termination or promotion decisions
Process health, biometric, or financial employee data
Share individual performance data across organizations
Use customer data to train or fine-tune AI models
Remove human judgment from any consequential decision
